A Taste of Culture
Last Sunday I went out with the "Africa Crew" for a taste of South African Cuisine in the East Village to become further acquainted with one another. Unfortunately, the South African Restaurant was closed, but keeping in the spirit and theme of Africa we decided on this Ethiopian Restaurant, Awash. It was quite the experience hand feeding ourselves vegetables with lamb and chicken as our main dish. We share in many a laughs, over the some of there sweetest honey wine on the shelf. (Mahari, don't worry, theirs didn't make me pass out as yours often does.)
